Our Vision
Curating simple no frills or fan-fare food wrapped in authentic Caribbean flair. Our chef hails from the twin island of Trinidad and Tobago where the distinct Creole flavors come together in way which can only be described as a "unique melting pot". We intend to offer you a cool and relaxing experience while exciting your palate with the warmth and friendliness of d'islands.
Our Story
Quazay (pronounced "kwaysay") pays homage to the Croisee in San Juan (local dialect pronounced "saw wah") Trinidad. The Croisee is a bustling junction, the crossroads where locals and vendors alike meet up to conduct business or just lime (hang out).
Quazay brings back the nostalgia of the junction, the place to meet up, through the carefully selected Caribbean inspired food and drinks we serve.
